* My name is Salena Garberg.I am married, own two Smooth Fox Terriers that keep me on my toes! I have raised 4 amazing children and have 4 perfect grandchildren. I am very active and fit. I have no physical limitations. I live in Lake Stevens, WA. I have recently stepped away from the position of Director of Birth thru Jr. High ministries at a local church in Snohomish. I left my position because my husband took a different pastoral position at a large church located in Lake Stevens. I come from a corporate background in property management having retired as the Director of field training for the Irvine Company in Southern, CA. I then owned my own business for 14 years, shipping globally as a retailer for grad goods, pulpit, choir and liturgical garments. Through the years I have enjoyed side interests such as catering, healthy food education & writing. After having worked in ministry full time with children, I would like to continue in helping to care for children as I feel it is the most important assignment we can take on. I love to help children discover how boundless their imagination can be, through writing, reading, arts projects, cooking and overall positive thinking. I am seeking fulltime weekday employment. I am comfortable with children of all ages as well as dogs and cats. I have my own transportation and am looking to find a family that needs my help. I am a Mary Poppins of sorts.
