Sitter in Waxhaw, North Carolina

Hello, I am looking for a nanny position in the Waxhaw or surrounding areas. I love children and have been babysitting since I was 12 years old. I continued to nanny while my children were little. Our oldest son graduated from Chapel Hill while our other son and daughter are currently attending Liberty University as a junior and senior. I have recommendations stemming from when I was a nanny 25 years back up to this point. I spent the past 8 years working with students, ages 5-18, as Operations and Admissions Manager at a local Christian School. I have stellar references speaking to my character, ability, integrity and value. After resigning a year ago to care for my father in law in our home, I went back into the nanny field and have decided to continue as a full time position. I attended Belhaven University with concentrated studies in Counseling. I started a Mother’s Morning Out program back at our church in Jacksonville, Florida which has now grown into a full preschool program. I am CPR/First Aid Certified and a licensed Certified Nurse Aid which I have kept current these past 10 years. My heart is for both children and the elderly. Children are one of the greatest blessings and the wisdom of elderly is priceless. I would describe myself as loving, reliable, responsible, caring, energetic, attention to detail, and very family-oriented. I am excited to move back into a career where I feel I can make a difference in a child’s life as well as doing what I love.
