I take my job serious, am very caring, understanding, loving, and healthy Conscious person that comes with the territory of been a personal trainer as well. I do have my RBT certifications I have been trained by Relias Academy, I also have my cpr license passed it twice, I am also trained for speech therapy, and much more the list is long. In my free time I study this is how I get certified, knowledge is a great tool to have.
