Hello my name is Lynn P.I have been a nanny over 12 plus yrs.I am responsible,well organized,caring person.I believed a child learn more when they are engaged in educational and fun activities.I have experience in child care,working with all agesnewborn-teens.and special needs.I enjoy nothing more than to watch a child discover new things .I do fun activities with kids.bubbles,finger paint,arts and craft,make tents out of blankets.read in/ out door games I believe that a child learn more when they interact fun activities than sitting in front of tv.I also believe in positive reinforcent and redirect .I can help them learn their Abc Numbers How to read,,Colors.I was a teacher aide for special need at Parma school and 4 yrs at Windfall.I was a camp counselor at Camp Cheerful 20 plus yrs I also worked at Berea Artisocrat on kids who had all different type of disabilities.Cpr and first aid certified.I am looking for part time.
