I have 8 yrs experience taking care of my Mother who had an array of both mental and physical issues. I currently work at The ARC of San Diego. It is a day program for the mentally impaired. I do everything from changing diapers, feeding, Hoyer lifts, wheelchair transfers, documentation and much more. My resume is in detail. My calling in life, is to work with seniors. I love and respect them. You know, in some cultures the older one gets, the more respect they earn. I wish it was like that here.
