Hi, my name is Natalie. My boyfriend and I have a 1yr. old son. He is very active and friendly. I need someone to watch him while we are at work 7am-4:30/5pm during the week. I need someone who will take great care of my son and have great communication skills. I need someone who is reliable because his father and I can not just take off work without notice. The provider MUST be patient because it takes time for him to get use to new people but once he does he is great.
