Sitter Job in Coolidge, Arizona

Hi, I have two lovely girls ages 3 and 19 months! I am looking for a really good sitter that I can trust to watch my girls. I would prefer someone to watch them in my home if possible, but I'm open for anything else.. I have never had anyone watch my girls other than family. So this is a very scary situation for me to have a non family member watch my children. Plus having someone in my home or having my girls at another home!! As for my girls, my three year old is fully potty trained and she loves dancing, singing, and arts and crafts! She's not a picky eater either! My 19 month old likes it all to they are both wonderful and energetic girls! I would need a sitter everyday except for my two days off and my husbands two days off.. He's normally off Weds and Sats but I don't have a set schedule. I work about 9 hrs a day, my job is pretty easier to work around and plus I am right in town. I'm just looking for someone that I can really trust that they will treat my kids like their own or like their family. I want someone who's outgoing and we can do crafts with my kids, maybe occasional park visits/walks. I'm not asking for you to clean or anything but as long as you can cook breakfast.
