I'm a retired nurse of 22 years and have been considering activating my license again. But I like the freedom of before and after school care. I'm a below the knee amputee looking for work that would allow me movement but can sit when needed and move around . The majority of my Nursing career I was in supervisory roles. I hired and fired individuals. I helped develop a preceptor program to hire Nursing graduates that did their I tetships in our PICU or NICU would hire them out of school they would do didactic and clinical for three months and typically they would get Board results and like their job and stay. You may ask what happened if they didn't pass boards what happened . They would work as a grad an just test over. I love to teach. I took care of an infant for someone I knew who didn't want her child in daycare.but had to quit because I got breast cancer and I have had it twice. So every two years since 2004 I have had a catastrophic event. So I need a job to supplement my Social Security Disability.
