I love to take care of others such as children, elderly people that need help caring for themselves or just need help with daily activities perhaps cleaning house, grocery shopping, yard or house work ect. I have worked in the child care department for a little over a year and i loved it. Unfortunately the dayschool shut down. I have also babysat my neighbors children, my uncles children and mine and my sisters children. I have taken 6 parenting classes plus child care classes. I have cpr and first aid traing also i am mat certified which means i can administer Medication. For the past year i have taken care of my grandmother 24/7 after her hip broke from bone deterioration which we later found was from cancer. It then grew a huge tumor mass in her leg where the surgery was done. She also had tumor mass in lung, on rib, in esophagus, on chest after port for chemo was put in, all down her back were more masses. She had a lot of different cancer, bone, esophageal, lung, pancreas, and cancer of the lymphnoid. Poor woman could not do anything for herself really and was stuck to.stay in a hospital bed For remainder of life. So it called for me to do just about everything for her. Bathe From the bed, change Bedding, gowns And toiletries , cook Breakfast, lunch, snack, Dinner, And feed occasionall. Checked vitals, made appts and took her to them. Cleaned house. Admistered medication. Picked movies ect.... until dec. She went home to the good lord.
