Hello I'm Alinett Days, Director, with over 16 years of child care experience with the love of kids. I'm married with three children of my very own which enhances my experience with children of all ages :). I know most parents are like me, choosing a in home daycare vs a big childcare, it's smaller with not as many kids to enable more one on one time with each child. My goal as a director is to have every child that walks through my door reaching their highest potential in every area of their life, being that motivator/encourager they need to get to that point (the same as you would as the parent), also to teach the kids better than the basic curriculum and to ensure that nurturing/comfortable atmosphere as if they were home and my kids.
