Typical Activities Group Play: Singing, dancing, play acting, games, reading, listening to tapes (story and music), circle time. Free Play: Children have a choice of blocks, kitchen toys, dolls, and accessories, play sets, household toys, pull/push toys, art materials, and may watch limited television. Language: Nursery rhymes, finger plays, stimulus pictures or objects to encourage verbalization, reading to the children. Dramatic Play: Dress up, role playing. Outdoor Play: (Weather Permitting) Swinging, climbing, riding toys, running, gardening toys, trucks, strolling dolls. (please remember to dress your child appropriately for the weather, if in doubt, dress in layers or bring extra clothes. Free Play / Parent Pick-up Fee Payment Guidelines Child care fees are paid every Monday morning, payment obligation is based on the hours/days agreed to use child care, not on actual attendance. No refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures, or absence due to child/parent illness. Late payments A $25 late payment fee (per child) applies for any payment not received on Monday morning. Your child will not be permitted to return to child care until both the payment and the late fee are paid in full. Infants $100.00 a week Full time Rates $95.00 a week School Age $90.00 a week Part time Rates $85.00 a week Walk in/Drop in Care $30.00  A personal check or cash will be accepted for payment, however if a check is returned for any reason and I incur any bank charges from the return of your check, those charges will be added to the following weeks daycare fee additionally because I am unable to use these funds my late fee for payment also applies. After 2 check returns, all further payments must be made in cash. Non-payment or consistent late payments is cause for termination immediately without 2 weeks’ notice. Please make check to Talia Mayhugh.  If you are late picking up your child without notifying me first, there will be a $5.00 charge for every 15 minutes you are late due upon arrival.  Should your family go on vacation, I expect ½ of your regular rate for the first week of vacation in any given year. Your year begins on the date you signed your child’s contract. Extra weeks in the same year will require full payment.  Should your child become sick I expect ½ of your regular rate for the week.  I am a SRS daycare provider, I do provide a sibling discount *A two week notice of any increase will be posted
