Sitter in Fremont, Nebraska

Well, I am a 24 year old female from Olathe, Kansas that moved up to Nebraska to start pursuing some of my goals. Working with children is a long term goal of mine and I feel like any way I can be around kids (no matter what their age) makes me a better person. I was an excellent scholar in high school. I was involved in band, a chemistry club that went around to elementary schools and taught science, debate club, and student council. Out of all of the extra-curricular activities, I am still an avid clarinet/saxophone player. I love music to my core! It is something that I love to share with anyone that I encounter because it's my favorite for of expressive art and it's acceptable in all forms and understood in so many different ways. Plus, it doesn't hurt that I can sing a nice lullaby. :] I have two boys in my life that I care for exponentially! They are the son's of two of my best friends. I have looked after both of those boys in their young ages and just enjoyed every minute of it. It was hard moving away because I knew that I wouldn't get to see them as much. I, myself, am an only child from a large family. I have 8 aunts so consequently I have A LOT of cousins. I am used to being around kids of all ages, sharing, and discipline. I am looking to get my certification in the health field so that way I can start applying all the knowledge I have. This might sound cliche but... I love the innocents and genuine nature of children. The way that they can play,smile, laugh, and just enjoy life without any care in the world. As I have grown I realize that,that is a luxury that needs to be cherished and if I can partake in it by providing loving care and sitter service then I am more than welcome to.
