Sitter Job in Pickerington, Ohio

Hi there my name is Justin. My wife Theresa and I are looking for child care in Pickerington. We have one toddler (3 in September) and our 7yr old is in 1st grade. Both of our children are very well behaved and are used to baby sitters. We also have two very laid back dogs who are basically 70lb cats, they are people friendly and get along with everyone. Flexibility is crucial for us and requires some early mornings every now and then. Our schedule can be quite unorthodox. we'll start with my wife's schedule... My wife is a Nurse and works 3/12hr night shifts. Her times are 7pm-7am drive time. She is not on a set schedule so days may vary from week to week. My schedule is a bit more concrete but require early mornings. I work Monday-Thursday, I leave at 5:25am and wont be home until about 5:45pm. So you can see, if my wife works a night shift Sunday night- Wednesday night we need someone here at about 5:15am until 8am minimum the following morning. We also may need someone to watch our toddler while my wife sleeps (our 7 year old will be in school all day).
