Sitter Job in Ellicott City, Maryland

We are looking for an infant childcare provider for 3 days per week starting late April 2016 and going year-round (we would provide holiday and vacation pay). The days could be M-T-W or T-W-Th from 8:00-5:30pm but must be the same week-to-week. We are willing to consider both family childcare centers or a babysitter at our home in Elkridge, MD. For a childcare center, we require an excellent child-to-adult ratio and safe, clean, and enriching environment close to our home. We would expect daily reports from the childcare center about our baby's daily activities. The center must be licensed and the providers must have CPR, first aid, and preferably SIDs training. For a babysitter/nanny, we require the provider to be at least 18 years old and have experience working with newborns. References are required. The provider must be CPR and first aid certified and have some type of training or background in child care. We do not want our child being driven by the provider. There are two dogs in our home but they are very low maintenance and, at the most, would just need to be let out into the backyard a couple times per day. Most importantly, we are looking for a provider that is loving and nurturing, and would love our child as much as we do. We are first-time parents and are very anxious about leaving our child so we are looking for the perfect fit. We are willing to pay up to around $225 for the 3-day week.
