Hello! My name is Abby, I am 18 years old and have over five years of experience in the babysitting/nannying field. I am very responsible, intelligent, organized, and extremely approachable and friendly to all. Watching over, playing, teaching, and learning more about kids as individuals has always been a passion of mine, I absolutely adore them. I'm currently working to get my GED online so I am available almost always. As far as my history of availability and reliability goes, I have yet to babysit for a family without being considered their favorite, often complimented as a “life saver” due to my willingness to help out at any time given. Going above and beyond in every job given has a lot of sentimental value to me. My record is 100clean and I am a non-smoker so you can trust that I am a positive influence on your little ones! I grew up with four siblings, two of which are infants, so I am more than familiar with the responsibilities and expectations of watching children. I'm legally certified to work at daycare facilities after taking a year long course of child psychology. For that class I volunteered and taught at Cottonwood Elementary School one a week studying the behaviors and various personalities of kids in order to understand how to work with them and go about complicated situations independently. On top of that I've babysat for three different families, one with a one and a half year old boy, so knowing how to take care of infants outside of my family is not a problem! I am very proactive and can assure you that no matter the location/circumstance, your kid(s) will be fully entertained with stimulating activities that won't leave them staring at a screen for hours on end.
