Hello my name is Rachel. am a certified Recreation Therapist for the past 20 years. I have worked with clients, residents and customers from the age of 3-100 years old. I have worked in Adult Day Care, Community Recreation, independent living long term care, specialized nursing and rehab, long term care nursing home and in an optometrist office during therapy. I have worked with a variety of mental and physical disabilities, able to assist with all ADLs, assist with all communication, adaptive equipment, and adapt and modify as needed. As well with other tasks assigned. I also use American Sign Language and able to dispense medication as needed. I would love to work with families. I am flexible with hours, highly organized, and determined in whatever i do and highly committed to my work.
