Hi my name is Iris Underwood. I am a program lead for before and after school programming. I am CPR certified and Meds Training Certified. I work with kindergarten thru 5th grade kids, we prepare snack light home work, all different types of learning clubs and I have been trained in Youth participation interaction and engagement conflict and resolve. I have also had the opportunity to lead in one on one challenged kids. I have volunteer over 13,000 hours threes days a week in helping hands Ministry. I have also spent a few years as a non skilled with CNA training. I am presently seeking classes in January in early childhood education to lead a ECE program part time for DPS school.
