Hello! My name is Elaine and I'm in search for a childcare or babysitter that suits our family and especially for my son. I have a 19 month old son and I've only had one family that's ever took care of him while my husband and I have been working full time. I have stable days and my husband is the one that works crazy days but we're really good on giving a schedule time of when he will be picked up and dropped off. We're in need of a sitter or day care ASAP. Our sitter ended up getting a second job in the evening and its a conflict of both our work schedule.
