Sitter Job in Pea Ridge, Arkansas

Hello, I am a mother of 3 boys and am about to start an apprenticeship journey into midwifery. This means I will need routine childcare throughout the year on every tue and thurs and then I will need on-call care mon thurs. My children are 6,4, and 2. Routine care would be for my 2.5 year old and the older two are in school until 3-310 and then would require care until between 515-530 depending on traffic. Everyone is potty trained! I need a dependable person that isn't afraid to be spontaneous because that's what kind of care I will need. We will have three births per month which will be unplanned (of course!) so that's where the on-call work comes in. I also need a caregiver that will help my young one thrive in academics and physical activity. I don't allow much screen time except for the very occasional learning programs or sometimes a fun show/movie. I would prefer cooked lunches but can be flexible with that. I can't wait to meet our families perfect match for these crazy needs!
