I'm a 33 year old mom of two looking for part time work now that my kids are in school full time. Although I have no formal training in childcare my children are only 10 months apart which has given me plenty of experience in all of the wonders and mischievous ways of little ones! While I believe structure and discipline are an important part of parenting I also believe that the most important component of learning is doing so in a fun, loving and safe environment with lots of laughter and creativity. If I were to take care of your children they will not simply be plopped in front of a television. They will be given opportunities to grow through reading, art projects, nature and sports. Even the youngest child needs to be talked to and played with. I carry a nursing background and am certified in BLS as well as a former swim instructor for ages 6 months to 6 years. I also have a love of pets from small ones to extra large ones...the more the merrier! I look forward to meeting you and your family!
