Sitter Job in Bakersfield, California

I'm in need of a very reliable, loving nanny that would be willing to be on call with little, to no, notice. So preferably someone that is not working currently, or has a completely open schedule. Perhaps a retired grandma or something along those lines. That lives within 20 minutes of KMC hospital, Bakersfield CA. This person would need their own reliable transportation to meet me at KMC hospital once I call them, when I go into labor, to watch my 10yr and 8yr old in the waiting room (just like family would do, if I had any that would). My children's father past away unexpectedly in August and we do not have anyone else. I've already looked into drop-in 24/7 at-home childcare places, and just feel like I would be worrying constantly if my kids are okay. I didn't get a great feeling from any of the options I visited. So, I feel like this alternative would ease my mind. Knowing they are right there and can visit when I'm not in full blown active labor. They both prefer this idea as well. I will have a bag of snacks and entertainment packed for them. Along with extra cafeteria money for meals if needed... it would be just like it would be if we had family here to help us. My kids will be excited and a bit hyped up I'm sure, but are super good kids and should be pretty easy to watch. I know it's a lot to ask of someone, because it could literally happen at any moment, day or night... from this point forward until mid April. I'm having twins, and I'm almost 33 weeks now. It's a lot to ask, but I will compensate you well... we can discuss that when we meet ahead of time. I will provide you with an emergency contact (who lives in Bakersfield), in the rare case that something were to happen to me during labor. I've already asked KMC if my two kids can stay with me after delivery in the recovery room (overnight) once all is done and well... and they said absolutely. So, I would just need someone for the time I'm in active labor, and until I'm moved to the recovery room. I labored my last child for only 3.5 hours and figure each labor seems to get a little faster, but of course with twins it may be different. I'm hoping to deliver vaginally and all is looking good so far for that, but of course I may need a c-section if required. If my labor goes over 8 hrs I will re-adjust the amount we agree upon appropriately, perhaps even double it if needed.
