Job Description: Nice to meet you! My name is Eric. My Wife and I are booking an in home daycare provider working in Ravenna, Ohio. My aim is to hire a skilled individual with part-time availability and available on call within reasonable hours for emergencies only. My 6 month and 2 year old are used to being in daycare and will warm up to anyone caring for them quickly. 2 year old is potty trained and 6 month old is getting ready to slowly start a vegan solid food diet. Service Requirements The schedule will be a swing shift, 10am-6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Friday one week and then Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday the following week. Night shifts of 4-8hours for 2 weekdays a month. My children would benefit from learning the alphabet and numbers. They will need encouragement in becoming creative and independent individuals. Our top sitter would have at least two years of professional or school experience but not required. Only requirements are to have experience with infant/toddler caregiving and ability to meet schedule expectations. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish written and verbal communication will be a huge plus. No travel, we have dogs in our home that are crate trained, can work with your schedule with a month’s notice in advance, and paid holidays when landing on a scheduled day.
