Sitter Job in Linden, Indiana

I am a mother of three trying to jungle work, appointments, school events and much more. I have been working for st Anthony health care for the past 5 years. I really love what I do and the people I work for. I have been able to manage to get off work to pick up my son to rushing home within 5 mins to get my girls off the bus. This was working from 6a to 2p. They are changing things at work as of the first day of November. We r going from 8 hour days to 12 hour days. I have some one who can pick my kids up but the problem is they dont get off work till 3 and wouldnt b in the area to pick them up till 3:30 latest 4p. I am needing someone that could watch them from the time school gets out till thw person I have could pick them up and not charge me an arm and a leg to do so.
