Sitter Job in Frederick, Maryland

We are looking for someone to look after our baby girl in our home while I work from home. Baby Is currently 4m/o, and is a happy, healthy, active girl. We live in Frederick, and the days needed would normally be Sun-Thurs from 8am to 12pm, but one or two of these days each week we would need 2-3 extra hrs in the afternoon. Those days would change but would be communicated ahead of time, as they depend on my husband's work schedule. Days off would always be Friday and Saturday. We are looking for someone reliable, caring, with solid experience with babies. Someone who would keep our active baby girl entertained and engaged in developing activities. The person would have to be comfortable with pets as we have a small dog, and not a smoker.
