Sitter Job in Colonial Heights, Virginia

I am looking for a full-time baby sitter in my house or yours depending on where you live in proximity to my job. My daughter is 3 years old, 99potty trained and very wise beyond her 3 short years. She needs to be watched at all times as she is into everything. She will need meals and snacks prepped for her, maybe read books with her, play with her, teach her how to write, read, etc. Notes On Availability: The schedule will need to be discussed because it varies, but most mon-fri it would be 6am-5:30pm.
