Sitter Job in Surprise, Arizona

Childcare needed in our home M-F 6am-3 or 4pm. 4 children ages 5,4, 3 and almost 2. The 5 y/o starts kindergarten in August and the 4 y/o will be in preschool 3 days a week starting in Sept. I will say up front I can not come close to paying a daycare rate, clearly I have 4 kids (it's not for someone who relies on this as their sole or main income). Would prefer someone with an hourly rate vs a per child rate. We're in a bind as our sitter just up and quit w/o notice today. All food is provided, all activities are provided. If there is an activity you want to do with the kids just ask and I'll more than likely pay for it. We have cable and internet. The kids nap 2-3 hours out of the day but they do play hard. They like to be out in the back yard. No extra work is required (ie cleaning/laundry). Just make sure the kids are safe and having fun and make sure they clean up after themselves.
