Sitter Job in Holland, Michigan

I am looking for a consistent babysitter/nanny Mondays from 7am to 1pm and Weds from 1pm to 4:00pm for a vivacious, helpful, sensitive 16 month girl. Looking for in home care only, north side of Holland. Open to having separate people cover each day, but prefer the same person. Prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, and who is CPR certified. We have two big dogs and a cat so the person must be comfortable with pets. Some light housekeeping, keeping kitchen clean, easy meal prep that can be done with LO. I am heading back to work part-time with a start date of Sept 19th. She is active and busy, communicating well via words and some sign. Little one loves her two big dogs and cat, really enjoys books, and being outside. She likes to be engaged and involved in the day to day tasks, helping instead of playing. We minimize screen time (almost none) and encourage music. She is generally very happy and content with life, just wants to be around others. Smiles and giggles are her favorite, especially when done with her. She loves to explore and experience new things at her own pace. Once she decides it is a-ok, she is off to the races!
