Sitter Job in Hixson, Tennessee

I'm looking for an in home daycare or sitter who would be able to keep my son from around 7/7:30am-3:30/4pm M-F while I work. I'm a teacher so holidays and breaks will not be needed, but we need someone who will keep him and love him like their own while I'm teaching. We can't afford much, looking at $100/week. We currently pay his sitter now $75/week, but she treats him like he's literally one of her own kids and we're very flexible with her and her needs/errands. I truly want someone who will just love and provide for my son as if he were their own. We live in Middle Valley, but I work off Bonny Oaks at a Bess T Shepherd Elementary So location is a little flexible as well. Let me know if this is something you're interested in.
