RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure the center’s operations are administered in compliance with minimum standards at all times. • Ensure that all employees are supervised at all times and make sure they comply with minimum standards • Contribute to the growth of the Center and maintain excellent relationship with the parents and guardians • Make a monthly center schedule and ensure employee compliance at all times. • Must be able to multitask and a 'goal getter' • Develop educational programs that adhere to child care standards, plan lessons for children and schedule activities that coordinate with lesson plans. • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for their day care center and make sure that families and staff members are aware of these policies REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION • At least one year experience as a Center Director and two year’s experience as a childcare provider • High school diploma • Must have a Director’s certification with CPR Job Type: Full-time Required experience: • Daycare director: 1 year Required license or certification: • Director's certification Required education: • High school or equivalent Required language: • English and Spanish
