Sitter Job in Grand Ledge, Michigan

I need someone who is reliable to come to my home on weekdays when I work to watch my 2 boys, 2 and 6. Prefer a female who has experience with special needs and who is okay with a dog (small Chihuahua). My home is neat and clean with the entire lower level as a play area for the kids. I can pay $5-$7 an hour...or you can do Respite care (this pays from Community of Mental Health at $8-10/hr).  What I need exactly is the following: 1. you have your own car. 2. you can be at my home at 4pm to get my oldest son off the bus (only on days I need you). 3. you can go pick up my youngest son at daycare by 5:00pm (it's only 3 minutes from my home). 4. You are 18 years or older. 5. You can provide references. 6. You are available some weekends (only if needed). I have my schedules usually a few weeks in advance so you know when you are needed.
