My name is Jalisa. I have two children of my own, a boy and a girl. My son is 2 and my daughter is 2 months. I work with special needs part time. I am CPR and first aid certified. I am offering childcare monday through friday anytime after 4, and anytime on the weekend. I do offer food and snacks. All i ask for you to bring is diapers and any medications if needed. I charge 30 a day or if you need 5 days a week i will do 120 for any 5 days in the week. Discounts for siblings.
