Summary: Seeking a mature, honest, loving and fun child caregiver in Mid-town, Memphis, TN. Loving family desires assistance with caring for a 12-year-old girl, 14-year-old boy as well as a small dog. Job Timing: Beginning January, 2019 . Schedule: Typically 30 - 35 hrs per week during school 1 week of paid vacation after 6 months Weekday AM: 6:45 - 8:15 p.m. - breakfast and take daughter to school (2-3 X per week / flexible on which days) Weekday PM: 3:15 - 6:00 p.m. - pick up daughter, snack, transport (5 X per week) Weekend PM: 6:00 - 1... p.m. - parent date night (1 X per week) ==Saturday preferred. Responsibilities: Transportation of children to and from school, extracurricular activities, health appointments. Preparation of snack and dinner on occasion. Take out and feed dog. Assist with homework. Provide mature guidance and love. Family Bio: An active, energetic family with busy careers and activities. The parents are happily married and work two full time jobs. They have two well behaved children (a 12-year-old girl and a14-year-old boy). The children attend Maxine Smith STEAM Academy and Whitestation High School which are near to our Midtown home. They have an average amount of homework and generally are self motivated to complete most of the work on their own. From time to time, they may require homework assistance. Both kids have active extra curricular activities that require transportation. Additionally, there are regular health appointments. We are relaxed in our approach with the children, but do insist on good study habits, manners and solid nutrition. A friendly small white dog is a part of the family and loves to snuggle and do tricks for snacks.
