Sitter Job in Los Angeles, California

Hello, My name is Alexis and I am seeking a babysitter or daycare provider in the Los Angeles area. I am looking for someone who is RIE inspired. It does not mean that you have to have taken RIE classes, just understand the concepts. I am looking for someone who has a kind approach when dealing with emotions from a toddler, someone who know how to kindly redirect, and explain things simply. In the event that the care provider watches multiple kids at once, I hope to find someone who does not "discipline" in front of other kids or toddlers. My son is 2.5 years old and is not fully potty trained yet. He is "easy". He is the only child, so he knows how to play and entertain himself independently. I hope to find someone who can be a positive influence at this stage in his life. We are vegan (No dairy, meat, or egg) and am looking for a caregiver who respects our lifestyle when it comes to feeding him foods and snacks. I generally provide his food for the day, so if it's something that you are unfamiliar with, I will gladly provide the food for the day. Work Schedule: I generally work the weekends which sometimes include a Thursday. I do get off late, around 12am-2am, so if there is an arrangement you would like to make, I am open to that.
