Hello! We are a family in Colorado Springs, Colorado, looking for a part-time live-out nanny for our 3 kids. We are offering a rate of $23.00/hour. Our kids are 1, 3, and 5. We are looking for someone who is patient and kind; someone who can provide a safe, fun and educational environment for our toddler. We would like someone who can help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other age appropriate activities. It is very important for us to be aligned on ideologies and discipline philosophies. We gravitate towards showing love, explaining situations very clearly, but being firm when necessary. We believe this creates a secure environment for our children where they know they are loved and know there are firm boundaries for them to have fun within.
