New mom of a 3 month old, looking for full-time care for my 3 month old son. (With the potential for a nanny share situation with another boy, but thats TBD).
Looking for the following:
- Someone who has experience with infants and feels very comfortable with them
- Someone who takes direction well and is able to follow our sons routine (wake windows, nap routine)
- Someone who genuinely enjoys children and interacts with him during his awake time (walks, tummy time, reading, etc)
- Someone who is comfortable around dogs (not responsible for dog care, but he loves attention)
- Someone who we get along with well and becomes part of the family
