Hi, I am Kristi and consider myself both laid back and of high standards at the same time. I never thought I would be in this position, but here I am. I am a registered nurse and mother of 2 kids, 18 months apart (blessing and curse, lol)! Both smart as heck! COVID took a toll on my marriage and career, so Im finding myself rewriting my life at 41.5! I have had a number of traumatic events in the last 10-20yrs that I have tried to put behind me and focus on my precious family, but my EX has made this very difficult, so I must ask for discretion be number 1. He has used many hurtful things to try to remove custody of my kids and alienate my friends and family, which is why I am seeking care through an agency. I have worked very hard throughout my life to overcome many difficult circumstances, and my kids are my number 1 priority. I need a caregiver who can help me continue in that goal. I have enabled my kids to excel in reading, math, and integration despite COVID shutdown (my daughter was in kindergarten and son was in K4 public school and diagnosed Autistic last Oct). I am currently looking for a care provider who can possible stay overnight in my home when I am asked to work 11p-7a shifts and then get them ready for school and drop off to PKS and Daniel Pratt. Those have been rare, but getting more frequent. If the fit is good, and able to do pick up from school and homework/snack/play time at home, I could discuss increased options for compensation. I need companion for daytrips and vacations as well, which would be compensated as well. As stated, the right fit with the kids, for learning, transporting, relationship connecting, and support for myself would determine ability to increase compensation and benefits. My kids are very bright, funny, know no strangers, and have been held to high standards under my care. The separation between myself and their father causes my heart to break for them and I want to give them what I once could. I want to protect their innocence and thirst for learning and exploration. I have been exhausted for a few years. I have some opportunities to work and compensate someone who may have the same goals I do, with kindness and love. If you feel like you might want to play a little, fix some breakfast somedays and drop off in carline, possible take some kiddo vacays with a 40-ish casual/semi nerd, totally socially awkward but 100% devoted to her kids and real friends mom.... then lets talk!! P.S. I talk a lot and Im TMI. LOL.
