Free Rent in Exchange for Part-Time Childcare for Very Independent 10 Year Old. I am a nurse and work either 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. or 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. My daughter is only with me about 50 % of the time so this really is a sweet position for someone. I have a gorgeous 3000 sq. ft 5 Bdrm house with all the amenities. Having a car would be helpful but not necessary. Non-smoker a must.
