What We're Looking For: Hi there my name is Dayquana I’m a mom of 2 looking to go back to work after giving birth to my 2nd child and being home with her for a few months. I am seeking a Nanny living in Richmond, Virginia. I'm aiming to hire a careful, experienced candidate who has full time availability 8:00am-4:00pm as I will be working mornings. I have a 3 month old who requires a lot of attention and love. She is very happy and playful also very advanced for a 3 month old. I need someone who has experience with newborns who pays attention to detail, is organized and who will love and care for my child as their own. I have her on a schedule as that helps for our days to run smoother I will go over the schedule with you during the interview process.
