Nice to meet you! My name is Lindsay. My family is looking for consistent child care for our 18 month old girl; Monday - Friday for either the mornings (8am - 1pm) or the afternoons (12:30pm - 5pm). We are looking to pay a very competitive rate for someone very qualified and great with children! You won’t need to change diapers or cook any food - that will be done for you (although we will need assistance with just sitting with her while she eats). She is very active, so we need someone who will be willing to go outside with her (yes - even through the winter!), read lots of books, and just generally spend time with her. Bonus points if you have some teaching experience with young kids. We realize she doesn’t require a lot at this age in terms of teaching, but lots of talking so she learns language, and just helping her learn through small acts is great! We’re just starting screen time, so it will be limited to 30 mins per day for now (educational shows only).
