Sitter Job in Houston, Texas

My name is Sierra, I am a 25 year old single mother. I have an 18-month old son. He’s currently in daycare Monday-Friday. My only issue is some days I have to go to work before daycare opens or an hour pass the time that the daycare closes. Daycare hours are 6am-8pm and my hours are 5am-1pm or 1pm-9pm so I’d need someone to come to my home at 4:30am (he’s usually asleep until 8/9) and you can dress him then bring him to daycare when he wakes up. The daycare is less than a mile away from my home. On the days I close I need someone to pick him up and stay with him until I get off. Preferably someone that can bathe him and get him ready for bed because on a normal day I like to bathe him around 7:30/8 so he knows it’s getting close to bedtime. Weekends are rare but occasionally I may need someone for either shift that I work. Long-term if possible. Also looking to negotiate a weekly amount instead of hourly due to rotating work days.
