I need someone who doesn't mind getting up REAL early. I work 10 to 12 hour shifts 3 or 4 days a week. You will be responsible for getting 3 older children to school and picking them up so valid drivers licenses needed. Staying with my 4 yr old during the day at my house. The older kids can handle themselves but still need adult supervision.
