Sitter Job in Springfield, Ohio

We need a nanny/housekeeper to look after our children in our home and provide safe, nurturing and stimulating care. Our daughter attends school from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. Our son is in high school and will require little to no care. We are expecting a new baby in March 2015. We envision that the bulk of the housework will be able to be done while the children are at school. Major responsibilities: * Create a stimulating, nurturing and safe environment for the children. * Supervise the children's activities at all times. * Plan and prepare meals and bottles for and feed the children. * Dress the children. * Place the children down for naps. * Bathe the children. * Change diapers. * Perform housework related to child care, including washing the children's clothes, cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas and washing bottles. * Teach the children good social manners. * Play with the children, both indoors and outdoors. * Plan and lead educational activities, including reading with the children. * Discipline the children, when necessary. * Drive the children to and from activities. * General housework including vacuuming, cleaning bathroom, toilets, dusting, dishes, tidying, putting away groceries and making beds. * Preparing and cooking snacks and meals as required. * Running errands.
