Sitter Job in Dover, Delaware

Looking for full time teachers and assistant teachers - Must have TECE I and/or TECE II completed or ECE college credits or CDA or training/ education equivalent - Possess the ability to read and follow a lesson plan - Must come to work on time, be committed and rarely absent - Has leadership skills, with a professional attitude and is a team player - Possess a passion to teach (not babysit) children - Is physically, mentally and emotionally able to provide structure and firm guidance for children - Must be organized, independent, self- starter, creative, and mature - Must be pleasant, approachable, confident and communicate well in a clear, concise English with both co workers and parents, bi- lingual is a plus - Must have a professional appearance, appropriate for a childcare setting - Must be able to professionally control children within a classroom -Must have the ability to write children’s progress reports - Follows directions thoroughly - Interested in professional development and willing to further educate yourself - Willing to perform general cleaning duties
