Sitter Job in Birmingham, Alabama

Hello, I am new to the Birmingham area. I am a nurse at UAB and my fiancé works in sales. Our work schedules are complicated. I have one eight year old daughter going to the third grade. We are looking for someone to watch our daughter four days a week. The plan is to have someone at our house waiting for her to get off bus then stay until about 7 oclock maybe later some days if necessary. Also need someone to be on call on Saturdays if needed. The call situation may not be needed often. One or two days a week I would like the nanny to bring her to karate if I am not available. As far as my expectations, I would like someone who can help with homework and keep her in line.
