Sitter Job in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

I have a 4 year old son who will start pre-k at the end of August. We live in Lancaster and I am in need of someone to nanny in my home. I am looking for a person who has a safe, dependable driving record, their own transportation and insurance. This person needs to be reliable, patient, caring, and energetic to guide my son through a structured day when he is in their care. Please have any references, clearances, valid driver's license and insurance available for me at the interview. This position would start at the end of August and run through the first week of June 2016, possibly longer. I am looking for one of the 3 options below (preferably the first option): A full time nanny who can come to my house at 6:30 a.m.and care for my son. He will need help getting up and getting ready for school. He will need to be driven to school by 830 a.m. He would then need picked up from school at 2 p.m. and cared for until I am finished with work at 5:30 p.m. The position is for 4 days a week and approx 5.5 hours per day. I will pay $80 for the week. Or I am looking for a nanny who can pick up my son from the sitter at 8 a.m. and take him to school by 8:30 a.m. The nanny would then pick my son up at school at 2 p.m. and bring him back to my house until I am finished with work at 5:30 p.m. This would be about 4 hours of work per day for 4 days a week. I will pay $60 for the week. Or I am looking for someone who can pick up my son and drive him to school (when it starts Aug 31) at 8 a.m. and then pick him up from school and drop him at the sitters house at 2 p.m. I work 4 days a week and I will pay $40 for the week.
