Need a full time Nanny M-F to take care of my 17 month old daughter. I also have 6 year old who needs to be picked at 3:30 PM from school bus stop. I work full time hence I need someone who is able to handle long days spent caring for kids and their emotional needs. Also, she has to be dependable. Preferably, should have first-hand experience with small babies and young children other than their own. I would at least 5 references.
