Sitter Job in Las Vegas, Nevada

Hello, I am in search for a babysitter, currently Monday - Thursday from about 1:45pm until about 4:30pm. My husband and I work different work shifts, so there is a overlap in our schedules that we need someone to watch our kids. Occasionally it may be slightly longer hours, if one of our jobs require us to go in early, or stay later, but thats not very common. We have a 3 yr old daughter, and a 9yr old son. We mainly just need care for our daughter because our son will be in school. I normally am used to paying a flat rate instead of per hour which is roughly $20 per day. There are occasioanl days (rarely) where care is needed a little longer than normal. As well as days that care is not needed at all. I usually pay weekly and will compensate accordingly if there is a significant amount of time of extra care that is needed. We do not have transportation currently, so we are looking for someone that can come to our home, or lives fairly close to us. We live off of Russell Rd. near McCarran Airport.
