Sitter Job in Ponchatoula, Louisiana

Job Posting: Hello! We are the Read family: Aaron (dad), Kate (mom), Parker (2 years old), and Baby (Due at the end of August.) We are looking for an in home nanny to care for our two boys on Mondays and Wednesdays, an occasional Friday may be needed depending a dads schedules. Details: Our family needs a reliable in home nanny, with excellent references and a quality background and experience. You will be responsible for our 2 year old toddler, who is a ball of energy, and our newborn who is due at the end of August. We would like someone to come the last week or so of my maternity leave to get to know the kiddos and their routines. We will need somebody from about October until May, with the flexibility of having time off because I will be home some on school breaks. We would like someone with a reliable work history, I will depend on you to show up when needed. Reliable transportation and clean driving record are a requirement. Light house keeping, mainly picking up after the kids/any messes they make through out the day. Light cooking duties to prepare breakfast and lunches. Bonus points for toddler activities and learning opportunities and help with newborn/infant development. Our toddler is very smart but also very sassy. He is in his own world most of the time, but he loves to play and be interactive with someone. So we are looking for someone to constantly be ready to play! Notes On Availability: Monday’s and Wednesday’s (unless I am off from work, full schedule can be provide for the school year). Occasional Friday’s, depending on dad’s work schedule.
