Sitter Job in Frederick, Maryland

We live in the Urbana, Maryland community and are seeking in-home child care help for our fun-loving 3-year-old twin girls. My wife and I both work from home and juggling the work day and twins is a real challenge. It's an important time for the girls' socialization, learning, and development so we are looking for the right person to care, mentor, and love them while planning fun activities and ensuring some structured educational programming on a daily basis. However, our primary focus is ensuring our girls are safe, loved, and enjoying every day. Some experience working with a child with developmental challenges is preferred but not necessary. We are also a vaccinated household.
