Sitter Job in Kenora, Ontario

Hi! My name is Allie! I was wondering if you would be interested in looking after my two gremlins while I work? We are moving from Calgary to Kenora to work at the hospital and will need childcare an average of 3 days a week at probably 9 hrs a day. I work 12 HR shifts and my partner, Simon, is an electrician and will most likely work 8 HR days. Your work day would start at 6:30 am. Our kids are Billy (2.5) and Charlie (1). Billy is tiny, energetic and spirited. Charlie is a humongous potato and sweet. We have an XL dog named Honey that could be kenneled if you were uncomfortable with dogs and an indoor cat named Chaos who you most likely won't see. Due to my shift work, I would be asking for Mon-Fri availability and we would be willing to negotiate a salary instead of hourly pay to ensure the weeks I work weekends you are still getting paid, regardless of how few hours you worked that week. Inversely, there may be some weeks where we ask you to help us out with 4 days that week. I will provide my work schedule before we come to the salary arrangement so you can feel comfortable with the pay and hours we are requesting.
